Green tea leaves grown in North East Victoria.
Japanese style green tea called "Sencha"is the most popular type
of tea in Japan.
Our green teas produced in Victoria are sold in specialty stores under various
brands and in Japan as well.
Available is small resealable pouches,and bulk sizes.
Serving Japanese Green Tea
1.Pour boiling water into tea cups first, allowing water to cool a little before
use.
2.Place tea leaves into a tea pot. 6-10g for 3-5 people.
3.Pour the cooled down water into the tea pot. Water temp.70-90℃.
Steeping time 60-120 sec.
4.Serving equally into each tea cup until the final drop is poured. Serving
temp. 50-65℃.
Storage Instructions
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, preferably in an airtight
container in the refrigerator.
